Come as you are. Bring what’s real.

Salt Moon is a monthly gathering, hosted on Zoom, for folks who need a space to pause, exhale, and feel a little more like themselves. Each month will center around a theme. I’ll create and send out a fun, inspiring zine ahead of time, with prompts, thoughts, and reflections. We’ll meet and talk, write, and just be in kind, respectful community. Sacred but irreverent, surrounded by a cone of silence, wrapped in a lot of DIY, punk-rock energy. It’s not about fixing anything. It’s about having a place to bring what’s real: approximately 60–75 minutes of sharing (or not), wondering (or not), acknowledging (or not), and breathing (this is not optional) in community with other people like you. Bring your tea, your softest blanket, your uncertainty, your unrestrained laughter, and whatever is going on with you. We’re here for it.

What Salt Moon is:

  • A low-pressure way to just be and connect with other humans

  • Welcoming, inclusive, and respectful

  • A haven for thoughtful, sensitive people who are overwhelmed, pissed off, and yearning for a better world

  • Only ever as much participation as feels easy and right for you

  • A non-judgmental and discreet space that honors privacy

  • Fun, creative, encouraging, and silly, with a lot of heart

What Salt Moon is not:

  • Loud, shiny, or high-pressure

  • Therapy

  • A self-improvement grind

  • A pity party

  • A tragedy porn competition

  • A cool-kids club

We begin Saturday, August 9 at 4 pm Pacific / 7 pm Eastern.
